A member of the Baltimore Campaign for Liberty will be directing Murray Rothbard's "Mozart was a Red" (http://www.lewrockwell.com/rothbard/mozart.html) as part of John's Hopkins "Freshman One-Act" production.

Performances will be on Friday, October 15th and Saturday, October 16th at 8pm, and Sunday, October 17th at 3pm. Tickets are $5 at the door ($3 students w/ ID). It will be at the Arellano Theater, which is underneath the Glass Pavilion at the Homewood Campus (http://webapps.jhu.edu/jhuniverse/information_about_hopkins/visitor_information/how_to_get_here/index.cfm#maps).

The only other performance that I know of was done at Rothbard's 60th birthday celebration at the Mises Institute, and from what I've seen at rehearsal, it will be an excellent show, and will certainly get a lot of laughs (especially for those of us who read Rothbard).

Hope to see you there!

"Red" is real popular right now, we got one in the white House.

That is great news! It's a very funny one-act play, and I must say, Rothbard had a real knack for satire. It's a shame he didn't explore it more often.

(Yes, that was suppose to be Ayn Rand's inner circle.)

Nice performances.
