Larken just pointed out an interesting contradiction between the DOI and the Constitution.

"All men are created equal" - Declaration of Independence

"Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes" - The Constitution.

There is most definitely a huge contradiction between those 2 documents.

I'm not too familiar with his work, but this video had a profound effect on me when I was still a constitutionalist.

Agreed. There are plenty of trenchant and well-read defenders of minarchism out there (many on these very forums) who I know could have presented some powerful arguments, but the cliche-spewing intellectual lightweight they put up against Rose was not one of them.
