I'm glad Rand has hit counter-ad out, he needs to make sure that is seen as much as possible

the counter strategy has worked for Buck against Bennet in CO.

Actually, I think it is kind of funny. Rand is going to have to explain directly that the $2000 deductible, though often repeated, was pointing out a technical fix that no one was ever going to propose, including Rand. It was to kick off a discussion of gradually tying Medicare to some market mechanism for younger people not yet on it, so people didn't overuse it or use more expensive options than needed, just because they were free. Obviously, that is what drives up costs for all.

However, I don't think it is anything beyond what Conway already had on the air. Clearly it is more airtime, though.

National Review 'called the race' for Rand over that and MULTIPLE papers said it meant they were giving up, and they told WaPo the'd be back up. I guess they bought some time back.
