Big spike this morning in contributions

More than $75,000 raised today as of 12 noon ET.

Maybe this will be a record high day for this FEC quarter.

Yes, there are already several threads on this. If you were to look at those threads, you'd see its the result of the fundraising letter he sent, and you wouldn't have to clog the forums up with yet another thread. Just a helpful hint!

Be a part of the spike and KEEP IT UP!

Remember, 97% of those who have donated are not maxed out and can do so again! This means that tons of people have the ability to STAND UP FOR FREEDOM!

I agree. I think in 2-3 days the campaign should send a thank you letter with some of Chowda's graphs. This would show everyone that the movement is growing and that new people are coming in. The transparency of this campaign is amazing and I think motivates people.

That's a great idea! Does the campaign know about these graphs? How do we make them aware?

Guys, I saw the donation surge mentioned two times in the media today.

The first was John McCain who was really ticked off at something Romney said about Ron Paul's donation surge: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSC0Qikogo4

And the second, John Ashcroft was on CNN today and compared the Ron Paul donation surge to an eagle, oddly enough. He had further comments: http://www.cnn.com/video/us/2002/02/25/ashcroft.sings.wbtv.med.asx

Amazing to see these two supporting Ron Paul's candidacy. Who would have thought?!

Prank.

From the debate: "The surge is working, governor. Not "apparently working". Its WORKING."

It is McCain's line about how "the surge is working, the surge is working"; Nothing in it is changed but it is played in context where what surge is undefined at the beginning. So he is saying Ron Paul's "surge is working, surge is working".

Quite funny really.
