TARP to cost less than expected?

At least that's what the NY Times is reporting. Contrast this to what Ron Paul said about programs like this costing many times more than expected.

Tarp is not the real deal. Tarp is a diversion from the real theft of the $23 trillion dollars that the FED has utilized....
