This is an older video of Rand speaking less like a politician and more like his father.
I think this is more along the lines of his actual philosophy and I recommend anyone who has felt the energy sucked right out of them after seeing just how far to the left one has to run to (possibly) get elected.

We've almost got Rand in the Senate, don't let up now!

yeah, and his hair was uhh well different looking.
P.S. For some reason I thought that video was made in the late 90's but it's only 3 or so years old. In part 2 they elude to his fathers presidential bid.

It's videos like this that make you realise how important it is to have Rand Paul in the US Senate. He's so articulate, intelligent and correct on the issues!
Well hopefully he's still like that- he's got to wear a campaign mask, I guess. I'm not exactly thrilled with his post-primary campaigning but I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.

I can see a new Conway ad:
Host: "You've [Rand] been in Kentucky a number of years, you've raped legislators..."
Yes, I know he said "you rate legislators" but it sure sounded like the former.

Close enough for a Conway ad.... how many 'false' ratings do his ads have now from campaign watchdogs? I can think of three off hand.

Getting elected is a game that, unfortunately, has to be played. And it has to be played by certain rules. Who ever wins the game gets elected.
