New Poll Has Murkowski up Double Digits in Alaska Senate Race

Never heard of this firm before, so I wouldn't get too worried except for yesterday's CNN/Time poll in addition to this one.

I bet you the vast majority of voters don't even know who Lisa Murkowski is, except for perhaps seeing her on the ballot when they voted before. When they see she's gone, they'll shrug their shoulders and vote for whatever other shiny button they prefer.

They'll probably think Murkowski is running in some OTHER election since her name isn't on the ballot... :)

I still want to see a poll/test done that shows the % of voters that can spell Murkowski.

The way they should do these polls is to read off the names that are actually on the ballot, and then give the option of "someone else," and only count for Murkowski the votes people give her when they come up with her name themselves under the "someone else" option.
