Scary stuff for sure! Man, am I glad we have a well on our property and a big garden. And we buy our meat from a friend who raises it here where we live. And thank God for farmers' markets.

Alex is rediculously over the top, but I think most of that stuff is mostly true. Especially when he's talking about Monsanto, everything is true.

However, about the toxicity from certain chemicals, I think he is a little careless. He quotes studies that claim toxicity from certain levels of chemical, but in lower levels, those chemicals may very well do nothing at all. For example, fluorinated water -- clearly fluorine is a poisonous chemical. But in the levels we're talking about, it isn't a health hazard. I think he should calm down about things like this, because it tends to obscure the real issues he is discussing under layers of misleading partial truths.

go ahead and drink your fluoride. until then, advocate for the poison to be taken out of the public water supply.

I like that Germany banned GM crops and doesn't put fluoride in the water. The people complain and protest quite actively when such things come to pass. I wish that Americans were more like that, but most don't know about it or just don't care. However, the internet is changing things, so there is still hope for the short-term future that the situation will reverse itself exponentially.
