dude move to Colorado at least here ,you can stand around and smoke a joint and still only get a 100 ticket, cheaper then a speeding ticket and not an arrest-able issue!!! you should of at least smoked a joint and made it worth while;)

Wtf? They arrested you for standing on a sidewalk. Actually, that was not an arrest, I would call that kidnapping. Against a kidnapper lethal force is justified.
