President Obama has once again circumvented the United States Congress by appointing Elizabeth Warren to the influential position of special adviser to the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, rather than having Warren come before a Senate confirmation process. by Raven Clabough

I do like this issue. Are czars constitutional? I don't know anywhere it talks about them. I know they're special appointees that don't need to be approved by congress. Did congress pass a bill saying that the executive branch could appoint people to run things or be the figure head for things like regulatory reform? I'm not sure. I think it is an interesting issue though. I know there's an argument that says "well every president has done it". I'm not so sure that holds water though.

There were appointments like this in the prior administration. The difference being they were not all communists as in this administration. Communism is too expensive. It cannot be afforded .
