Murkowski had this response to Palin, her fellow Republicans, and others she described as "naysayers" in Washington D.C.

"Well, perhaps it's one time that they met one Republican woman who won't quit on Alaska," Murkowksi said.

She's not running as a republican anymore.

God, some of these entrenched pols really do need dynamite to blast them out.

Watch the RNC support her.

Why is she doing that? It is really pathetic if you think you are going to win a federal write-in campaign.

her radio commercials made me want to shove pencils in my ear. She tried to blame her vote for TARP on the democrats for how the spent it..

Obviously, I'm no fan of Huckabee, but last night on Fox, I was very happy to see him lambaste Murkowski for her decision. He criticized her mercilessly for her pathetic last ditch attempt to cling tooth and nail to the vestiges of power. More Republicans need to adopt a similar stance. I hope she gets blasted from both sides.

That's a ridiculous statement. Palin quitting was a GOOD thing for Alaska. All government bureaucrats quitting their "jobs" would be the best thing that could happen.

This decision is like Mike Castle's refusal to congratualte O'Donnell. These dynastic politicians cannot grasp when it is time to step off the stage.

Nope they were the problem. The GOP is no angel it has sucked eggs for a long time due to people like her and Castle. I don't want her in the GOP or anywhere for that matter.
