For example, on the May 16 edition of CNN's American Morning, Politico executive editor Jim VandeHei said that "Rudy Giuliani came off terrific" during the debate, "mostly because he got that softball, where Ron Paul lobs it to him and basically blames the U.S. for the 9-11 attacks." In response to VandeHei, co-host John Roberts mimicked a baseball swing with his arms and said, "Ron Paul -- lob ball, and boom." VandeHei then concluded: "You dream of those moments when you're a candidate, that's for sure." Later in the program, Roberts said that Paul "did kind of stick his foot in it, though, when he suggested last night that it was U.S. intervention overseas that was responsible for the 9-11 attacks."

I live in Indianapolis. Mitch Daniels has been asked by local reporters at least a dozen times if he would run for president. "absolutely not," "not a chance," and "not going to happen," every single time. Putting him up there is just horrible, bad reporting in my opinion.

My fear with the GOP side, we might get some slick talking no name, like a Rubio or like a McDonnell. The "professional left" won't fall for another media creation. However, the right is ripe and full of idiots! Another smooth talking, over promising, media hyped sell out might work on the right very well! Even though they should have learned their lesson, far too many have ADD! Paul said, Bush ran on a very conservative platform, then 9/11 came and 180 degree switch.

A fraction of a percent of voters read politico, need to stop getting upset and fighting with blogs and "news" websites. We live in a delusion were we see this so much that we are starting to think that everyone thinks this. That isn't true, a few blogs reporting on this means nothing. Get out and talk to your friends and neighbors and see what they are thinking, you will find two different realities exist!
