Do a search for people in your area that donated to Ron Paul. Use your surrounding area zip codes too, then you can narrow it down to Ron Paul donors where it says "filter to candidate".

Write down the addresses of the donors. Go there with signs and literature. Make sure they are getting involved besides just donations! Build a network!!

I would not necessarily show up and say "I saw you donated to Ron Paul online and zoomed right over". It might feel creepy to them. Maybe just act as though you are out canvassing for RP and hey! what a coincidence! type of thing.

or better yet talk to Donors to G.W. Bush in 2004 and 2000. Ron Paul donors are doing something...we need to persuade the silent majority who are undecided at this point.
