Apparently the speaker portion was too late for his schedule and they weren't able to shift it so he could speak earlier, due to their own schedule.

However, he will be there earlier, to meet people.

This line from a guy at the church makes me think they might decide to let him speak earlier:

"But he said, as in years past, things could change.

"You never know. They could end up speaking here at the same time."

So....if you can make it there 1-2 ish p.m., when Rand will be there, you may see more than meet and greet, and Rand would probably like the support.

Hmm.... reading the comments, Rand could use some support, but politely, Conway supporters are trying to make something out of this change in plans. No registration necessary to comment.

By the way, there is a poll in the middle of the page: "Are you considering leaving facebook because of privacy concerns" - just fyi.

This event lets local candidates and federal candidates speak for set times.

I think Rand gets like 5 minutes.

Here's the video from the event last year....

Bottom line:

They know no one is coming if Rand isn't there. The whoring of Rand Paul continues.

Last year apparently the speakers spoke earlier and the campaign was thinking it was earlier in the day.

Rand will be there for an hour speaking to people directly. That seems more important than a 5 minute speech at the podium, when there are so many around.
