Ok, first of all, there are people here who are against the idea of taxing and regulating cannabis... Great, you know, I really feel for your views and agree with them, but right now the government has the ultimate form of taxation and regulation on the substance.. taking away EVERYTHING you have through complete banishment.

This is lowering the regulation on cannabis by at least 90%, if you want less regulation on cannabis, then you need to support this bill.

It will also send shock waves across the country, this is a really really important bill to support.

Please consider pledging for the money bomb.

So is this actually true: To be able to “grow the weed at a private residence in an area not to exceed 25 square feet”? I mean TRUE – without the state imposing any implied taxes due on your stored inventory?

The polls indicate it has a pretty decent chance of passing...now let's see how many will get off there asses and actually go vote for it.

Don’t get me wrong. I would vote for it if I were in CA.

That would probably pass in many states if on the ballot .

Yep, no taxes on small personal grows, only for 'licensed' commercial sellers. That is one reason this bill is so important.

I also imagine if you were growing more than the limit they probably wouldn't throw you in jail forever like that do now.

I hope this passes.

It will be war between CA and the federal government.

I cant wait to see all the checkpoints leaving CA.

Interstate commerce clause vs right to travel and 4th amendment.

It should make for interesting times.
