The Constitution does not protect aspects of humanity from being taxed such as the ability of human beings to produce income.

The Constitution does not protect aspects of life from being owned preventing gene patents on living things.

Presently food you eat is owned and farmers are serfs upon the land.

In the future you or your children will be owned after receiving a genetically modified gene in a heart, embryo, etc.

Look failure directly in the eye. You, I, and We The People are directly responsible for these atrocities in our failure to act. Reconcile that...

It is not a perfect document. But the courts are corrupt with their rulings. I say we make the necessary adjustments with amendments and liberty oriented legislation. It is time to take down Monsanto, for example.
