I was like WTF cheap asses. Usually dollar signs come after the number so it threw me.

I'm still confused. Does it mean that 398 people have given a total of $38?! I'd have to get my calculator to be sure, but that seems like a pretty low per person donation amount.

Edit: just checked lewrockwell.com and it's actually $38,743, thus nearly $100 per person. Very respectable. I wish my wife would let (!) me donate.
