It cannot always be a tie Jack. Deconstructing Jack's latest false claims.
These two things that can't be true at the same time. Jack has said that Paul's (out-of-context) comments on drugs have hurt him in polling. Yet on August 1st he claimed they were tied. On August 12 the out of context comments were published and then on August 19th you again claimed you were tied.

How can the polling numbers be simultaneously affected by the out-of-context comments and be tied the whole time?
It can't. He's pulling the same thing Grayson's campaign pulled and Grayson refrained from claiming any poll movement because of an issue or event. See "Grayson Poll shows tie in Kentucky Senate race" (http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box/polls/95601-grayson-poll-shows-tie-in-kentucky-senate-race). Rand Paul won that race by 25 points less than 2 weeks later. This is two months out.
Jack Conway caught again. I suspect a more thorough look at his statements on the polls would reveal more deception on this issue. Will the media hold him accountable this time for lying to their face again (http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?t=257693)?
