ATTENTION Oath Keepers in driving distance
or those planning on being in DC on 9/11.

Personnel are needed to fill critical Event Marshal and EMS roles. The will be under the direct supervision of Don Holton, an Oath Keeper and sworn New York State law enforcement officer. Oath Keeper VP and retired police commander Chauncey Normandin will be assisting Don with logistics. While the team will not be performing law enforcement functions, you will not been viewed by Park Services or DC Metro PD as Security, rather, as the professional you are and have been. The same applies for EMS volunteers under the supervision of Ken Happel, a FEMA certified OES/EMS professional. His wife heads up our first aid stations as a RN.

If there are individuals with inappropriate signs or attire we need to speak to them and ask if that really represents the 9.11 Memorial or the Rally!
Define "inappropriate", in reference to the First Amendment.

We would also like a minimum of at least one person in each team to have some type of video recording device just in case of any problems that we can notify Law Enforcement. Any anti protesters will be dealt with by US Parks Police at our direction while on the Washington Monument and National Mall areas and by DC Metro Police while on 4th Street Constitution and 15th Street.

8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control."

9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies.

10.We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.
