They say a Death Penalty case costs a lot of money. Saddam's Death Penalty cost 4,427 American lives, uncounted tens of thousands of Iraqi lives, over 34,000 American's wounded, and over a trillion in taxpayer money. That was one expensive death penalty! It was also a penalty without due process (unless a neo-conservative Star Chamber is somehow considered due process), but Graham doesn't care about due process or the rule of law anyway.

I know lots of GOP folks that really believe that the Islamists are out to take over the world and kill all the infidels and if we don't fight them over there they will be knocking on our doors
