Just watched this episode...



A few thoughts (honest constructive criticism):



1- The Judge should've either nailed or cornered Newt or at least tried to box him into a position of arguing a logical inconsistency (Newt is smart so it would be hard to do, but I believe the Judge is smarter and more capable)

2- Justin Romondo being on the program is NOT doing the anti-war crowd any favors because he comes across as a flaming left-wing liberal. Perhaps Col Karen Kwiatkowski or Bruce Fein should be on to represent the anti-war crowd as not only are they more intelligent and educated, but they have better presentation and have the experience to go along with their credentials; not to mention they're conservative.

3- Nancy Skinner is an uneducated idiot and wastes both oxygen and airtime

4- The union and education segments just seemed really bland and weak

5- Stewart Varney is a social-capitalist and drives me up the wall (I'm a capitalist too, but he likes the Fed and regulation).

6- The guy who was on with Lew Rockwell should've been pressed on why he thinks it's conspiratorial that the government wants to tax gold. It's not a conspiracy, it's just fact that the government doesn't want the competition. Besides, why would the government put a sales tax only on gold? I wish the Judge had made this point.

7- I am liking the show less and less the more I watch due to it's format. It's great to see Lew Rockwell come to the masses but it just seems watered down with people who are unnecessary. The Judge playing traffic cop is annoying to be honest too. I am also not learning much like I used to when it was internet only. The format would be better if they did more extended interviews on specific topics instead of trying to have a debate / throwdown match in half of the segments. Maybe he should take more of an educational flavor to it like Glenn Beck does?
