The police are acting this way because they enjoy monopoly.

They've had a monopoly for a while, so they've either always been this violent and brutal or there's been some recent changes in the cultures of the police departments. I think both are true to some extent.

Hey, the kid said "shoot cops, kill cops", so they had to taser him... over and over again. Those poor police feared for their lives. I can only imagine the terror they felt being threatened by an incoherent kid with a broken back.

You know what I find to be the saddest thing about this, it comes a few second into the report when the blonde woman says "You'll only hear this here".

He accused Ozark police officers of shooting him with a stun gun excessively, but now that same teenager is facing criminal charges in Branson.

Seventeen-year-old Mace Hutchinson is charged with armed criminal action and shooting a firearm from a vehicle.

Police say Hutchinson and another teen fired shots at a house near Branson.

The report on the July incident in Ozark said officers fired their TASERs 19 times, but it doesn't say how many times Hutchinson was shocked.

I propose a Ron Paul Forums Vigilante League to pick one police brutality incident at a time to legally harass the local media, local police chiefs/sheriffs and the perpetrators until bad cops are actually fired or quit at the minimum. I think it should focus on the non-lethal incidents and push for firing and jail time as opposed to the lethal incidents that should result in long term incarceration or the death penalty.
