View Full Version : NPR paints Ron Paul and Judge Napolitano as right-wing alarmists.

This morning on NPR there was a piece on myths about the new health care law (http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=129581493). They use soundbites from Andrew Napolitano and Dr. Paul to make it look like they we're trying to spread untruths about what was actually in the law. The way that they juxtapose the clips subtly tries to link them to Bush and Hitler.

Ron Paul has a lot of damning soundbites that can be taken out of context. I heard one that sounded like we would be measuring out ounces of gold in our financial transactions. Obviously, not true, but any logical person would conclude this from his "statements".

When you follow someone around with a microphone for decades you can eventually find something to use against that person.

Welcome. Thanks for the link. The denial about the chip implants seemed like the audio was messed with - wth is an "IP" implant that they supposedly want to trace? And if that language didn't make it into the health care bill, it matters not. They always find a way to slip what they want in another bill.

I set my alarm to go off to NPR because I think it's important to be aware of how the msm is covering current events and nothing wakes me up quicker than my critical analysis having to shift into high gear to try and sift through all the BS.

I wonder if it was just a coincidence that this was aired the day before the rally in SF. (I'll be there, hope to see a big turnout.)

haha

I was thinking the same thing!!! I'd say that probably greater than 75% of NPR staff and listeners believe in man-made global warming!!!

Funny when reality is brought home to roost
