There is a reason it is down and it is because Paulites on the Rand Paul board are voting AGAINST it, or, as I posted there:

PPP slants its polls so much, assuming more dems to independent and GOP voter ratio will happen in 2010 than happened in 2008, which is ludicrous.

SUSA will poll later this month, and Rasmussen will, mid month, and I'd rather wait for them than get a biased Dem one we won't be able to read anything from, in any event.

Daily Kos has chosen PPP as its polling company and daily kos has endorsed and is HEAVILY involved in fundraising for Conway."
