I usually use printable, but non printable are OK if they're cheap.

DVD+R preferred over DVD-R (+R burns much faster)

I found today that Costco occassionally has "100 pack buy 1 get 1 free".

Any specific sites and stores much appreciated.

I use -R disk for pass outs. not all players can playback +R disks.

"DVD-R vs. DVD+R
# The DVD+R format is a newer specification for a burnable DVD disc, and is therefore not compatible with older models of DVD players. The DVD+R has roughly the same capacity as the DVD-R, although it is short by about 5 megabytes. This extra space is used by the DVD+R for its error correction, which makes it a little more secure than the DVD-Rs. "

I buy Sony 16x DVD-R. Cost $24 for 100 discs

Cool.

Forgot to ask, where?

I wonder if there's another discount at 200, 500.
(I'd like to stock up on some before election season)

Check out newegg.com . I haven't priced their media there but their computer supplies are great and so is their service. http://www.newegg.com/Store/SubCategory.aspx?SubCategory=71&name=CD-DVD-Media

WOW

HP printable only $20 for 100

(I can normally only get this price for CD-R)

I usually get 60 for $30 at Staples (but due to coupons, I get this 60 for free each month)

Cool.

Printable?

What's the price usually?

Thanks! (I pay less attention to Office Depot until I get some rewards coupons, but good to know)
