In April of 2010, Charles Dyer was found not guilty of the weapons charges in federal court. Because he refuses to admit guilt to BS charges, the state is attempting to prosecute him under state law for the crime he was acquitted of in federal court.

For the first time since the incident, Charles Dyer is going to bring you his story first hand and expose the corruption of every law enforcement agency involved in this matter.

Q: Has there been anybody in the Patriot movement who supported you and then turned support away? Do you want to get into any of that or do you not want to touch that?

Dyer: There’s really not; not anybody I want to put out there at all. There’s a lot of people that thought Oath Keepers turned away from me, and Oath Keepers did not. I mean I can’t speak for everybody but Stewart Rhodes himself is an amazing man and did nothing more than what I asked him. So I would like to put that out there. Anybody who thought that Stewart Rhodes turned against me is wrong. And I have spoken with him since I’ve gotten out of jail, so.
