Interesting..short..about what if foreign countries see US as an exporter of terrorism..this document...legit? Seems to go well with all the recent homegrown terrorism rhetoric we've been hearing now and again..

The document is a whitewash. It's only talking about the U.S. as an "accidental" export of terrorism. It says nothing about how we have at times backed movements that we either currently called or subsequently called "terrorist". The latest is the MEK which is the source of much of our Iranian "intelligence" and yet is on the U.S. state department's list of terrorist organizations. There is strong evidence that the MEK is operating inside Iran and Iraq. In fact our "allies" in Iraq raided our terrorist allies (the MEK) last year.

Like how we used to pay Osama's salary and now we're trying to kill him, for realz? That sounds like exporting terrorism to me.
