Can't watch the video but I bet the title of this thread is misleading or downright misleading. Does Ken Buck simply want people to demonstrate some kind of knowledge about government before engaging in a civic duty that affects the rights of every one of us?

The title of the thread is correct in that it's saying Democrats claim Ken Buck wants to end the right to vote. And it's not about "literacy tests" (which were utter crap and should have been thrown out). It's about Ken Buck (allegedly) wanting to repeal the amendment that changed the constitution to do away with state legislators choosing senators. As someone pointed out that's the way it originally was. But the democrats claim Ken Buck is wanting to "rewrite" the constitution. Are these people so stupid that they think repealing prohibition was "rewriting" the constitution? No, but they hope the people of Colorado are.
