October 15, 2007

We now have a headquarters open in Greenville, and will have offices opening this week in Columbia and Charleston. With just around 90 days until the primary it's time to start our MOST important task: phone banking.

Each office will have ten phone lines, and we will have volunteers coming in from 5PM-9PM, Monday through Friday, and 10AM-5PM on Saturday.

Making these phone calls is crucial to our success in South Carolina. By calling and identifying Republican primary voters, we can then send our troops out to their homes to give them literature about Dr. Paul. We can also run a targeted, hard hitting mail program based on our phone results.

Official phone banks will be located in Greenville, Columbia, Charleston, Aiken, and Myrtle Beach. If you are interested in volunteering at our phone banks, please send us your contact information and the hours that you would like to help. Free food and drinks will be provided to all volunteers. That's free food and drinks, college students!

And for those of you who can't come to the office but still want to make phone calls from home, don't worry, we can send you a script and a list via email. As you make the calls and fill out the list, all you have to do is send it back to us and we'll send you another

The script is only four questions, so it won't be very hard to make the calls. Reaching these voters is the most important thing that we can do between now and the primary, so we're going to need a lot of help.

I live in Myrtle Beach, SC, and I will be volunteering as much as I can to help out. I've been spending so much time for the past two or three weeks trying to help get Ron Paul elected I haven't even had much time to study as much as I need to for college lol.
