Is it just me, or does it seem that the MSM is starting to get REALLY worried about their loss of control/influence over thought and opinion?

:D

Guys - send an email to this author asking to follow up on the story.

I pointed out how every other candidate fued was brought up in the course of the debate, yet a story with 3 CIA agents stepping forward to back one candidate was completely ignored.

I also linked to the CNN deleting comments story.

So there's going to be a Ron Paul story on CNN tonight?

My Comment:

I've decided to stop watching the MSM all together. Half the information they put out is false or misrepresented and I refuse to support this kind of journalism anymore.

You have let me down media and I feel you hold some of the blame for the state of this country.

P.s. If anyone that works at MSNBC, CNN, or FOX is reading this I want to also let them know that I DON’T CARE ABOUT PARIS HILTON! If I did I’d watch ET.

That's an excellent idea.

It reads that way to me also.

I suspect it will be a hit piece/hatchet job, you know?

I expect to hear something along the lines of, 'RP's supporters consiste of a few very active internet users who manipulate online polls, but the candidate lacks REAL "scientifically measurable" support."

We know that's BULLSHIT.

If the MSM feels the need to keep saying RP's support is only an illusion created by the internet...then rest assured - they KNOW it is real and strong and growing.

They're worried about the impact of the internet on their (MSM's) ability to control thought and opinion in this country.

The fact that THEY - the allpowerful MAIN STREAM MEDIA - have IGNORED the man and his support is STILL GROWING...that scares them to their frikken toenails.

IMO, this is even bigger than RP's campaign.

This is the MSM waking up to the fact that the internet has revealed them to be the elitist "we will tell you what to think" bunch of ***BLEEEEPERS**** that they really are.

Their treatment of RP has energized more and more of us to do "MSM hit pieces" with documentation/evidence/proof that demonstrates exactly what the MSM has been up to.

As more and more Americans wake up to the thought/opinion control that IS the primary function of the MSM, the MSM LOSES ITS CONTROL ON OUR THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS.

I saw what I consider to be an early attempt at getting gov't control over the net last night on Anderson Coopers 360. Some gal, a writer, has been cyberstalked by some guy, and this woman has gone to court and gotten an injuction to tell the guy to take all his accusations against her down off the net. She and Anderson kept emphasizing how THE INTERNET IS SO DANGEROUS BECAUSE ANYONE CAN SAY ANYTHING WHETHER IT IS TRUE OR NOT AND OH MY GOODNESS HOW AWFUL THAT IS! She called it "the wild wild west." :D

It IS the wild wild west - because the MSM doesn't have control. My first thought as I watched that piece was THIS is how the gov't will get control - they'll claim they MUST control it so that they can "protect" us.

(sorry for the rant)

I agree any story from CNN right now would be a hatchet job, and I'd rather go without it.

Check out the hatchet job CNN did on Tancredo a while back.

Ewww, yeah. With the internet support, the support on the ground at the debates, and now the fundraising numbers, Ron is decisively in another league than Tancredo and the others. The MSM won't be able to ignore this for much longer.
