When the poll has Paul at 280%, we might want to back off some.

Why? Is the paper pro Rand Paul? If not, if/when they see the poll being skewed by dozens of votes from RPF, will they run a nice fat headline something like:

RAND PAUL RIGS OPINION POLL
Uses Online Followers to Skew Results

Nah... we all no that no newspaper or magazine would ever print something negative, false or harmful about Rand....

"Don't stuff the ballot box

I've reset the poll on the U.S. Senate race and 2nd District state Senate race because somebody figured out how to stuff the ballot box by avoiding the one-vote limit. This isn't Chicago where you vote early and vote often. Vote once and keep it interesting! Leave your comments about the races. "

Well I voted again since they reset it, but hadn't before, (at least, I didn't avoid it, I just went back to check the numbers. It didn't change the total.)

Do you think he THINKS it was stuffed just because so many of us voted?

How few votes does he usually get?

The OP might want to put "vote again" in the heading for those who voted before it was reset.
