There has not been an official statement to my knowledge that he has been invited. They have contact information on the website above. I called them at the number listed and spoke with Kay, she told me that she believed that Dr. Paul was going to be invited but she could not confirm that. She sent me to Alison Lafaye's(sp?) voice message box and I left a message with her asking for confirmation and a call back.
