My name should be on this list. I donated in June, and was told I didn't donate in time to make the report and that it would appear on the next report. I donated twice in August, and thrice in September.
I've heard there is a Minimum amount required to appear on the report. Not only is that illogical, but Sam Brownback received several $25 donations.
Where is my money?

I am in the same boat. I thought the amount was $200, which I have doubled at least, although all in smaller donations of $25- $100. So maybe it takes a single donation of $200+? although I see a lot of donators that have done $100 on the report. Weird.

The same thing happened to me. My largest donation was $100, in addition to numerous smaller donations but I didn't show up on the FEC report.
Edit: I should also mention that I exceeded $200 donated in Q3.
Same here. They only seem to count donations that exceed $200 each.

What do you mean by "count?" Does that mean my $325 didn't make it into the $5 million?

No, it just means your name was not reported to the FEC.

No, it just means your name was not reported to the FEC.
Which is not necessarily a bad thing.

Yeah, I donated well over the $200 but no single donation was over $150. I had to do them along the way and not at one time. The only reason I care is because our donations would have showed up as being from the military.

The campaigns are only REQUIRED to disclose the names, etc. of those who contribute in excess of $200. It is probably consistent with RP's philosophy of privacy and opposition to McCain-Feingold-Thompson that his campaign would only disclose when legally required.
I, too, do not appear on the list.

I do not show up either. I donated $100 twice, my wife donated $50 once, and I ordered $42 in materials from the campaign hq.
I'm sure it's in the grand total but just not itemized.

I am not on either even though I have given over $500. I must admit that is fine with me. It is none of their freakin' business anyways.

Hmm. Individual donations under $200 aren't being reported? I like.

explain?
Reporting the >$200 donations is mandatory. Reporting <$200 is voluntary by the campaign.

I'm seeing lists of donors who contributed $50-$60 appearing on the list. I donated a total of 65 bones. :/

Dammit, I had it all planned out so my reported donations would add up to $1776. But a $200 donation isn't showing up, so I look like a goofball who donated a total of $1556 in Q2-Q3. :(
Stange thing is, I can find the email receipts for all of the donations except the $326 (one of the ones which shows up on fec.gov).
I know...it's fairly pointless to complain about, but as long as my donations are forced to be reported I think their proper patterns should be reported as well.

You know what would really teach them a lesson?

this happened to me last cycle, one of my donations showed, the other didn't... however, the one that didn't show last time is on this one! :)

My 3 big donations showed up but none of my smaller ones did. Either way, they have the money, I guess I don't mind that my name on the list isn't repeated 10 times :)
i didn't see my or my girlfriends pledges. i did see this:
NOVOSELIC, KRIST MR. SELF/MUSICIAN BELLEVUE WA 98005 09/18/2007 $250 Ron Paul

my donations for q2 used to show up but it quickly disappeared. the search function doesn't seem to work properly.
I was surprised to see that my name shows up in Ron Paul's Q3 expenditures. apparently I maxed out and buying from the campaign store counts as a donation too.

I donated $500+ in Q3, but *none* of my contributions are showing up... the weird thing is that one of the donations was $300 at one time. As other posters have said, as long as the Paul campaign has my money, I guess I don't care that I'm not in the database. But it's still kind of weird. No doubt a problem with the government's search function.

sweet.
I wasn't on the list either and I'm up to $800, given in three chunks..a couple were over $300. Actually, glad my name's not up there so my girlfriend can't see that I've been secretly funneling home improvement cash to Ron Paul. I'd have some 'splainin' to do.

So maybe we don't know the whole truth about the military donations. It could be much higher. Also, that could mean the contributions by state might be a bit off.

I'm kind of glad I'm not on the list. If Paul doesn't win, I think a lot of the people on the list may find themselves being audited by the IRS or otherwise harassed by the government.

This quarter I paid something like $1000-1200 I can't remember because I kept paying $100 here, $250 there, $200, etc....
It only shows I donated $500 total.
So who knows....? I don't care really, as long as RP got my money... maybe this is an excuse for me to donate more then $2300 ;)
