Las Vegas City Council wants "Free Expression Zones" because....

Hula Hoops are dangerous. So dangerous that the Las Vegas city council wants to limit their use (along with the use of amplifiers, bullhorns, air guns and some other items) to "free expression zones". People will not complain because the vast majority of people do not use hula hoops or bullhorns but once they see they can get away with that than it is only a matter of time before more and moer people start getting added to the list of people who are now forced to use "free expression zones".
