I saw this a long time ago. It's hilariously funny, yet I wanna die of embarrassment whenever I see it.


A note from a reader to a blog at National Review Online said, "My son is stationed on Guam. I just sent him the video and told him to run to the other side of the island. He said one of his shipmates showed up to work with a life vest on!"

Because his district will vote for the African-American Democrat every time, and he got into office because the previous representative (Cynthia McKinney) embarrassed the district by brawling with a Capitol police officer.

As a fan of your post I'm disappointed that don't understand what he was talking about. Bad joke? bad analogy? absolutely but he's fighting for less military abroad. He fears the military population will overtake civilian pop. on Guam.

He doesn't mention his worries about the civilian population at all. All he does is make some vague comments on the environment.

Because his district will vote for the African-American Democrat every time, and he got into office because the previous representative (Cynthia McKinney) embarrassed the district by brawling with a Capitol police officer standing up for her rights under Article I section 6 of the U.S. constitution by knocking away the hand of the stupid officer that was manhandling her.

Fixed it for ya. The officer in question was in the wrong because the constitution forbade him from stopping members of congress on their way to or from sessions. Also officers had been harassing her because she had stood up to the police union thugs.
