According to the FEC (http://query.nictusa.com/pres/2007/Q3/C00432914.html),
10. Cash on Hand at CLOSE of the Reporting Period 5,443,667.05

Ron Paul had 5,440,000. He spent 430,000$ on radio ads, bringing him to around $5 mil. Add to that the near one million dollars on Lady Liberty, and his cash on hand right now is nearly 6 million.

No, The $430K was spent after October 1st.

Oh, I see what you're saying...But it doesn't take into account rent that might have been due on the first of the month, payroll, and other expenses.

The rent for campaign headquarters was paid for 6 months.

Payroll, New Hampshire filing fees, any other media buys they've done...there's really no way to tell.

Yeah, they keep adding new staff and new locations, as well.

And thats good. Iit's good to have cash on hand now. But that cash needs to be spent this quarter. This quarter will fund next quarter.
