They are moving to the new Digg, but another advantage to donating an account is to have an earlier join date so that no suspicions are aroused.

Either way. I know that a lot of the accounts had very little activity on them and could be easily readapted.

I understand. There are tons of people with digg accounts that don't want to use it as well. The friends lists and information can be redone.
