Oh I found it witty, actually... even if (like most campaign crap) it's not to be taken seriously. How are they distributing this? Most people will think it's a mailer from the Waffle House and just pitch it; it has WAY too much printed on it for everyone to read.

It seems to be a copyright infringement. Or abuse of trademark.

So what if they broke copyright, copyright is dumb to begin with. Why, if they obeyed the law they might not have wasted their time with this crap and used it for something better for themselves!

It's not a copyright violation but is trademark infringement. Waffle House has legit grounds to sue for damages if they did not authorize the use of their trademark.
