VDownloader not working??

I use VDownloader to promote our cause by uploading various videos...

I tried upgrading to the 2.2 version but it wont work and can't get the older one to work either!

Does anyone else have this problem and is there anything else I can use to download videos from YouTube so I can reupload them??

YT wont let me upload in any of the formats that keepvid gives you..

I can't even open those up in WMM.

Is there anything else you guys use to download YT videos and reupload them??

I'm still looking for something to download YT videos in an MPEG format so I can reupload them...
