GOP Rep. Bob Inglis slams Republican demagoguery, bemoans anti-Semitic tea party conspiracy nonsense, decries Sarah Palin’s ignorance, and looks for a job.

Never heard of the guy, what's the real story behind this?

"They say, 'Bob, what don't you get? Barack Obama is a socialist, communist Marxist who wants to destroy the American economy so he can take over as dictator. Health care is part of that. And he wants to open up the Mexican border and turn [the US] into a Muslim nation.'"

Somehow, I doubt this is how it went down.

What a moronic douche, lashing out because he got primaried.

Evidence of his moronic doucheyness? Look no further:

Asked if there are any 2012 GOP contenders who can lead the party in a more credible direction, Inglis points to Rob Portman, a former House member who was President George W. Bush's budget director.

LMAO.

Good example of why folks like him deserve to get voted out from the primaries. It doesn't matter to him what the constituents think. He deserves to be in Congress and those anti-Semetic voters are stupid for not realizing it.

Back to obscurity, you leech.

I read that. He voted for the bank bailout. Buh-bye.

The site that was posted on is (as if you didn't know) extreme left, and they're all sad, because he was one of the reasonable Repubs. So if you had any doubt that the TEA Party did the wrong thing, there's your answer.

And they thumped him hard too:
For this, Inglis, who boasts (literally) a 93 percent lifetime rating from the American Conservative Union, received the wrath of the tea party, losing to Gowdy 71 to 29 percent.

Sounds like he is reading from "Bailout Bob" Bennett's script.
Clueless or in denial until the bitter end.

Rob Portman? Bush's budget director. That will go over well.

Inglis is a leftist republican who was voted out of office in the primary, so now he's gonna say the republican party is too conservative, when the problem is clearly the opposite - Bush spent too much, not too little.

I didn't click the link, but if it was that Corn guy, he's JournoList, and has been bashing the Pauls and tea party with great disgusted condescension (through selection of other people's words) for some time, along with the rest who follow that JournoList meme.

Rob Portman? Bush's budget director. That will go over well.

He's going to win the Senate seat in Ohio.
