I don't think you can blame Matthews for not having Paul on, but I could be wrong. But I'd bet money Matthews would have him on anyday... ratings.... a chance to make some news by trapping or smearing him with something... come to mind.

I was hacking on him for the smear statement he made on the short blurb he did today about Rand.

And I agree it's all about ratings, as it should be imo. If you don't have the viewers, you don't have a job.
