Carl Bruning, "Your Constitutional Sheriff" (http://carlbruning.com/)

I've been watching this race since it started, and I can tell you it's come a long way!

First, he won a spot on the ballot back at the Larimer County Republican Assembly against all odds! Then continues to run neck and neck with his opponent. It's a close race, and anything we can do for him is going to push this over the finish line.

Carl has a proven record of excellence.

I'd love to bring back some good news on the Morning of August 11th! (one day after the Primary election)

Our very own Posse for Liberty member John Weins and his friend Mel Hilgenberg were interviewed on national news last night!

It all started with this article in the Coloradoan: Tea Party fife and drum duo part ways over Larimer County sheriffs race (http://www.coloradoan.com/article/20100803/NEWS01/100803006/Tea-Party-fife-and-drum-duo-part-ways-over-Larimer-County-sheriff-s-race)

It's interesting how the media picks up on the side story dramas, and not anything of real substance.
At the immigration rally a while back, the Coloradoan had the opportunity to interview Carl, who was a speaker at that rally. The newspaper at that time was more interested in Tom Tancredo and comments made by Congressman Steve King. You'd think a local paper would want to cover local stories? Naaaah, they'd rather report drama and side stories.

And then they wonder why print media and TV news is failing!

I'd be willing to bet these guys put their differences behind them after Carl wins this horse race of a primary.
