Wow. It's amazing how predictable this is. Coulter is against it because there's a democrat in the white house. I'm sure Hannity will be leading the anti-afghanistan war parade next, just like he was all over Bill Clinton for killing all those innocent people in Iraq in the 90's.

The War Party is getting desperate, so they had one of their press agents (TIME) run a cover with a mutilated Afghan woman to stir up "outrage" against the Islamists in Afghanistan.

Never mind that this happened to her during the occupation, or that our Afghan "allies" are no better, or that our slaughter of civilians has brought just as much suffering

Representative Jason Chaffetz (R), Utah's 3rd District is turning out to be a pretty good Conservative.

It's all charade for the Government and the cowards on the right can't even vote to end the game because? MIC? special interest groups? campaign donations? Wealth and Elitist control? narcissism? idiopathic schizophrenia? Or is it just plain old hypocrisy to keep their power and paychecks forever?

I think many supported the war in the wake of 9/11 and were blinded by their outrage until recently and don't want to appear as hypocrites to their constituents. The political climate especially on the GOP side is still very pro-war and of course politicians are usually foremost interested in keeping their power. The important thing for RP and all the others is just keep pushing against the war as the climate is changing right now. Then, when more and more people are getting critical of the war (as is already happening), they will remember him and many might start looking deeper into his philosophy.
