Looks like these leftist brutes will riot regardless of the fact the judge ruled in favor of them. If this invasion isn't stopped this uncivilized behavior will come to a town near you.

Despite a judge's ruling to delay enforcement of most of Arizona's controversial crackdown on illegal immigrants, protesters slamming the law descended on Phoenix.

The date when the Arizona immigration law is intended to take effect draws near.
Hundreds gathered at the federal courthouse at dawn. Others beat on the metal door of the county jail. Others gathered in Los Angeles, New York City and Mexico.

Tempers flared with the heat. More than 50 people that participated in protests were arrested in Arizona.

Protesters chanted "Sheriff Joe, we are here, we will not live in fear."

On the heels of today's protests, Arpaio launched one of his controversial crime raids targeting illegal immigrants.

"Joe Arpaio has picked the easy targets, the day laborers," said Liz Hourican, a protester. "Let's go after the real criminals and stop wasting our money."

What's Really Changed Under Arizona's Law?
Arizona has become the epicenter of the nation's immigration debate. Officials estimate that there are 460,000 illegal immigrants in the state.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton issued a temporary injunction of some of the most controversial parts of the law, including the requirement that police officers check a person's immigration status while enforcing other laws. Bolton also delayed enforcement of parts that required immigrants to carry their papers and that banned illegal immigrants from seeking employment in public places.

What has actually changed under the new law is that it's now a state crime for anyone to transport illegal immigrants.

Day Laborers Defy Law
That didn't seem to stop the day laborers that ABC News spoke with who were waiting for work outside of a Home Depot. They said they are no more afraid today than they were Wednesday.

One day laborer, Rene, said he has been in this country illegally for 20 years and outside Home Depot every morning looking for a construction job. He said that he hadn't seen any police around today.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer has vowed to fight the law, calling the injunction a "bump in the road."

Who Is Gov. Jan Brewer?
Brewer's fight to secure the border and deport illegal immigrants has made her a household name. Before she signed the nation's toughest immigration bill in April, few even knew her name.

"With my unwavering signature on this legislation, Arizona strengthens its security within our borders," Brewer said after signing the bill.

Before the immigration fight and before the governorship, Brewer was Janice Kay Drinkwine, born in Hollywood, Calif.

She married and moved to Arizona in the early 1970s and raised three sons. Her involvement in school politics started her political career.

From there, she became Arizona's secretary of state and when Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano left the state for the Obama administration, Brewer took over as governor.

Since becoming governor and making immigration one of her core issues, she's become a conservative darling.

On Fox News, Sean Hannity told Brewer, "You have been willing to take on the entire government and the president of the United States."

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

Frank, did you catch the Cuban flag with Che Guevera on it? It was flying right next to the Mexican flag. I am surprised that is not the title. This once again exposes the the pro amnesty open border subversives as socialists.

...don't know anything else about Jan Brewer other than the immigration stuff, but wonder what her chances might be as a GOP VP in 2012?

Needless fear mongering. I don't quite see any riots in the link you provided, just arrest for unruly behavior quite typical of such rallies. At least it is a political rally not a after sports rampage of Winchester United or LA laker fans. Also a very gratuitous use of the word Left.

The problem with illegal immigration has been years in the making mostly of our own. The onus of doing something about it falls not on the illegal immigrants but on our government. Poor people will go wherever there is economic opportunity. Immigrants from the mother country came here due to heir destitute state, and so did those from other polities of the Old World. East germans hopped the fence into West germany. Eastern europeans flocked to western Europe or middle east by hook or by crook. South Asian flock to autocratic regimes o the middle east for better economic opportunity and so forth.

A law which is not applied for whatever reason is a useless law and means nothing. A law or policy which is inefficient should be reformed or else it'll be ignored both by the masses and by the State until it is too late.
A law which is floundered and not enforced by a government loses its respect very quickly.
The immigration laws in the US are inefficient or out of date. The long arm of the law are frozen manos de pierda .
The law had been ignored by the authorities when it was being flouted left and right many dozen times every day for decades. Whatever problems that come about thus are due to the inefficiency and dereliction of duty by the official of the state, not the people who jumped fences or simply walked across the Sonora.

The more liberalized a country is to productive forces, the better. The answer lies not in closing the borders, but making sure that those who wish to come here have documentation, have potential to contribute and can acquire expatriate working status for predetermined and sponsored periods of time rather fucking easily than waiting for say like a decade.

Well, I live in LA, and a lot, if not most, of the people doing the laker rioting are from the same low class ilk as the illegal immigrant supporters. And more people got arrested today than at the Lakers Riots(I was at game 7, I should know)..

And I don't think it is gratuitous use of the word. The overwhelming majority, probably 85-90% of the grassroots of illegal supporters are center left to far left. They may have neo-conservative republican politicians supporting them, but the non-politicos, you average protester, is an ardent leftists. There are very few libertarians at pro-amnesty rallies, while I have seen libertarians opposing amnesty and open borders. There are left wing anarchist types at the events though, quite a few. I bet many were out in force today along with the authoritarian socialist atzlan types.

But most of those people assimilated into the western countries you mentioned, and didn't drain public services. They weren't loyal to their motherland nor did they think the area they immigrated to belonged to the country they came from. I see many little hispanic children walking around speaking Spanish as their first language, it is also subsidized in the public school. So neither the immigrants or their children are assimilating. And also, many of the east/south asians you speak of are anti left wing, rather, they fled left wing tyranny and want nothing of it, most notably the Vietnamese. I know a dozen or so vietnamese, and the one's I have talked to about politics(7 or 8 of them), are right wing republicans.

We cannot afford open borders, illegals are draining the system and driving legal immigrants and native born americans to the welfare rolls when they take low wage jobs. We also cannot afford it politically, which is one of the reasons we need to get rid of birthright citizenship. We cannot afford to have more ideologically aligned leftists voting in candidates who oppose the Conservative/Libertarian Agenda.

So get a constitutional amendment American Nationalist.

In the meanwhile, immigration, constitutionally at least, is an issue left to the states.

Sorry if there was confusion, but I believe in Arizona's right to implement SB 1070, I disagree with the supremacy clause argument put forward by the justice department.

Looks like the days when the illegal invaders can parade up and down the streets wearing signs saying, "I'm an illegal alien. What are you going to do about it?", are over.

Just kidding. Welcome to the NEW WORLD ORDER.

It is plain to see we no longer have a republican form of government. No matter who we elect, or the laws that are on the books, there are those in the government that will continue to do as they darn well please.

P.S. Don't forget folks. It appears that the one world government can print up what ever money it wants to get its way.
