That is absolutely amazing!! I've told several people that were leaning Linda when phone-banking, that she donated to democrats in the past, and that completely turned them off.

We need to get this ad on the TV!

Holy Sh$t!! This is similar to what I was talking about in one of my earlier threads! Awesome! I will have to donate again later today!

I just wish it would have mentioned that Shiff is the Tea Party candidate. Will there be another ad that mentions this, besides the radio ad, which I assume will mention it?

I'm going to e-mail this to a few wrestling-related websites.

This is a great ad, but could use a little more about Peter. He did mention on today's video blog that there were going to be some edits before it went on air, so hopefully my suggestion will be addressed.

This needs to be seen by all potential donaters to let them know we need them to help pay for these ads to air.

This needs to be at the top of the money bomb page!! What a donation incentive...

I think it was a great ad, but it needs to be followed up with additional ones more about Peter, because anti-McMahon just takes votes away from McMahon. It doesn't necessarily provide Peter with additional support.

Here's the ad email:

We are planning a massive media buy to push us over the top on August 10th, and we are ready to go live with our new ad, "Kick". We have until midnight tonight to raise $1 million to get my message on television the ten days leading up to Primary Day.

If you have not contributed yet, follow this link right without delay and make a contribution of $25, $50, $100, $250 or even the maximum $4,800. You will even get a sneak peak of the new ad!

If the Million Dollar Money Bomb fails to raise at least $500,000, we will refund your donation.

There's no time to waste. Stand with me today and fight for liberty and the free market by following this link and donating right now.

America is counting on you and so am I.

Meanwhile, Peter Schiff, who is also on the ballot for the August primary election opposite McMahon and Simmons, has released an attack ad against McMahon.

Schiff uses the much-publicized footage of McMahon kicking Jim Ross between the legs from WWE TV several years ago as part of his ad.

After every accusation of McMahon being a liberal, associating with liberals, or having a whiff of liberalism in her political agenda, the ad shows the clip of McMahon delivering a low blow to Ross.

The strongest line in that ad was about McMahon saying she would have supported the bail out.

However, I'm not sure that attack line is going to fly well among Republicans in Connecticut.

First, the bail out was endorsed and voted for by many prominent Republicans, up to and including George W. Bush. It was also more popular among moderate Repubicans- the kind who populate the Northeast states.

Second, Connecticut is a major banking/financial state. A lot of people in Connecticut made a lot of money from those bail outs (or were able to keep their jobs because of those bail outs).

So I'm not sure attacking McMahon over the bail outs in CT will be met with the same enthusiasm by CT Republicans as it is by people on the Ron Paul forums.

That ad will probably be very popular among hard core fiscal conservatives, but I'm not convinced that they make up a huge part of the CT Republican Party.

Apparently you missed the parts where Linda McMahon kicks some dude in the balls.

Interesting perspective but Linda is touting the fiscal conservative line too.

Well, the guy who got kicked in the balls was a mere employee, so I imagine most Republicans would approve :) .

All I got to say is WOW! Talk about going for the throat, errr the nutts, pending how you look at it :D This ad alone could very well bring her numbers crashing to the ground regardless of how much money she has..

A near-perfect attack ad. My only complaint is Peter should've added at the end that he is a businessman with relevant experience.

I'm not sure. Maybe it's too much information for 30 seconds? He has two ads that will highlight his experience as a part of this ad campaign.

Just something quick, like "I'm Peter Schiff, a businessman with the relevant experience to turn this economy around, and I approve this message.

View counter on Youtube must be messed up. Its been reading 304 since I first saw the video

When a youtube is below 300 views, youtube counts views a different way. Any hit to a video contributes to the viewcount, whether that be the uploader refreshing his video 300 times.

When a youtube is above 300 views, youtube subtracts all the duplicate hits and only counts unique hits from now on to the video. A computer does this every few hours and youtube updates video's view counts at those points.
