I posted this a while ago somewhere else and I was told that this movie is going to be shitty because they are just trying to keep their rights to the movie. I believe the producers are only spending about 5 million on it and some were complaining that is not enough to make it a good movie.

I wonder if Peikoff stands around the set all day with a scowl until a scene finishes and he yells at the staff.

Director seems insane -- should be a decent movie.

Pretty much everything I've heard spouted out of Peikoff's mouth has been utterly insane and ridiculous. Admittedly, I haven't seen/heard a whole lot from him - just the O'Reilly interview one and one other... but my first impressions of him aren't good.

He just seems like an ignorant, arrogant, hate-filled, warmongering fool.

Sounds like the director is in the right mindset. I hope the actors can fill the shoes of the characters.

Peikoff! Rand liked him, and it went to his vacuous head. He falls behind Bush and even Obama on this one. Bush didn't say Islam had nothing to do with terrorists. He said not to persecute peaceful Islamic people for the crimes of others. But I guess that's the sort of -- you know -- individualism, and value-judgment, that Peikoff wants nothing to do with now. Religious people are all violent and all bad in his mind, except for the thirty two Christians who run his favored branch of the Republican party -- militant neoconservatives.

Movie looks dope. I like the director's comments.

It's wrong to link to an "article" like that without a disclaimer. This is the same song-and-dance that they all use to try to trash Rand, I have read the same propaganda a thousand times on other websites. Surely we can find an impartial observer out there.
