Nullify Now is proud to present our latest local sponsor! Sumner United for Responsible Government (SURG (http://www.sumnerunited.org/)) is supporting our October 23rd tour stop in Chattanooga, Tennessee (http://www.nullifynow.com/chattanooga/). We’re proud to have a dedicated group of patriots on board with Nullify Now – and hope to work with them on future projects as well!

Here’s a statement from SURG:

Sumner United is a grassroots organization of patriotic citizens committed to returning our government to its Constitutional bounds and making our elected representatives accountable to the will of the people, who are the sole source of our government’s authority and existence.

and from their platform:

TENTH AMENDMENT: The 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reaffirms the doctrine of enumerated powers, which states that “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” The Founders understood that this principle was a bulwark for freedom and that the closer a government is to its people, the more accurately it represents the will of its people. Further, by allowing every State to remain sovereign, a system of free market competition is insured, by which the people of each State could decide for themselves how they wished their state to be governed and if they did not like it they could move to another State. SURG asserts that nearly every federal law passed in recent history violates the 10th Amendment and the fundamental principles of the Constitution. SURG respects the rights of the individual States to make their own laws free from the influence, coercion, and bribery of the federal government or of the other States.

Please support this group that supports the Constitution and the power to nullify unconstitutional federal laws. Get your tickets to Nullify Now – Chattanooga today! (http://www.nullifynow.com/chattanooga/)
