In Marbury vs. Madison, a precedent was set that one branch of government cannot delegate power to any other entity.

Hence, per Marbury vs. Madison, all "laws" written by administrative agencies are unconstitutional, not just by the text of the Constitution, but also by precedent. 85% of all laws are now NOT written by congress. Hence, these laws are invalid by precedent.

This decision also nullifies the war powers act, because congress cannot delegate the power to declare war.

This decision also nullifies most of what the Federal Reserve does as well. Same for the EPA and many other alphabet agencies.

"All laws repugnant to the Constitution are null and void."

John Marshall (1803)

This quote sets a precedent that States, juries, and individuals can nullify unconstitutional laws.

PS

James Madison, as usual, won the case.
