Fellow Tennessee Liberty Alliance Members,

As many of you may already be aware, TLA President Fred Childress, was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident on Saturday July 24th. He had embarked upon a four-week solo motorcycle journey across the country that began on July 4th. He was making his way home, traveling through northern Montana near the Glacier National Park when the accident occurred. Details are scant at this time and no information is available yet for any memorial service.

Fred was a co-founder of the Tennessee Liberty Alliance and served as it's president. He was a strong Libertarian that fought the fight for individual liberty and freedom wherever he went. An entrepreneur, Fred was active in local politics and was well known and respected in local, state and national Libertarian circles. He never hesitated to take the time from his busy schedule to share his point of view with anyone interested in listening. He was a true patriot.

Tea Party Radio, broadcast weekly on WLRM 1380AM radio (http://www.wlrm1380am.com/) in Memphis, is planning a live tribute to Fred on their Tuesday broadcast tomorrow, 7/27. The broadcast airs from 3:00 to 4:30pm eastern and call-ins are encouraged. Please call in to share your thoughts and memories of Fred for all to hear. The numbers to call are (901) 872-8862 or (901) 873-2091.

Fred was a true patriot and will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. Visit the TLA site for regular updates on any future memorial services: [URL]http://tnliberty.org/

Mournfully,

Tennessee Liberty Alliance
