Goodbye, Brownback. Ron Paul spent over 4x as much as his cash on hand on a single radio ad buy, mwahahahaha.

Yeah, that doesn't look good for Brownback.

He can go dormant and just spend time trying to raise money for a last ditch effort in Iowa and that's about it. These guys all really believe they have a shot, and I doubt he'll drop out until the bitter end.

Both those suckers are wasting Ron Paul's air at the debates. I sure hope they bow out soon. I am becoming embarrassed for them.

There are two schools of thought:
1. If they stay in, it splits the neocon vote, so it's better for us.
2. If they leave, we get more debate time, so it's better for us.

I would tend to option 2 if there wasn't such a dedicated media blackout of Dr. Paul. Even if it was down to 4 people with RP included, I still think he would only get 7% of the debate time.

They aren't polling high enough numbers overall to make that much of difference in the neo-con vote. I think them bowing out would be good for Ron Paul to get more air time.

Am I correct in stating that he has spent more than he has brought in here?

14. NET Contributions (Other than Loans) 3,469,031.82
15. NET Operating Expenditures 3,958,900.42

I don't buy the neocon vote split. These hangers-on would certainly help Ron Paul in numerous ways if they just got out...including airtime but it would show that Ron is first-tier if all the "others" left because in the mind of the average voter only the serious contenders would be left.
